This post could have easily been posted here as well. Some folks in Baltimore City are so desperate for solutions I think they have stopped considering the effectiveness and legality of their suggestions.

I see we are in agreement on this as I wrote about it on my sight. I really expected to get some comments but oh well. I would post a link but I don’t want to appear to be promoting my sight. Although I think some of my conservative friends have been avoiding me as I have been a little rough on the President.
